I think to fullfill your life can mean alot of different things to alot of different people. But I think that if you strip away the layers of the onion you will find at the very epicenter of it all, is just a longing for peace. To know what you did while you were on this planet takes our species a step further closer to humanity. After all we are humans. At one time for me it was a nice car (got that) a house (getting that) and a business (oh boy do i have that and be careful what you wish for ! you just may get it! j/k)now i realize these are egoic interpretations of a fullfilled life. For at the end of these wants when they are obtained the novelty quickly wears off. Recently I think I have had an epiphany and realized all the materials in the world does nothing for you in at the end your life meantnothing. I recently watched a great movie "the bucket list" and morgan freeman said in it, how do you gauge your life? I gauge mine by how many gauged theirs to it. thats deep, i feel trying to be the rock in the sand when the breeze blows hard is so seldom seen yet truthfully so needed in todays world.

I truley praise those I have met along the way that share this belief and very gratious to be a part of this wonderful thing called life.

Another great film, Gotti when Anthony Quinn playing neil delacroche is on his death bed he says to gotti
"In my day I was so strong, i could go 3 days without sleep......Johnny boy..... This whole fucking thing
lasts....only 5 minutes.." then dies. touching, corny and very real. fullfill your life every waking moment.

one last movie qoute,
the last samuraui,
when asked by tom cruise what is the meaning of life, and how jaded a warrior becomes thru life
Katzimoto replies
"We are all dying.
To know life in every breath, in every cup of tea, in every life we take. That is Bushido – the way of the warrior."

The only thing I'd suggest to do with that diet is eat whole wheat bread rather than white bread. White bread uses enriched flour which is loaded with chemicals and is plain ol' unnatural. It's also usually bleached, which means it's got even more chemicals.

Wheat bread keeps all of the good stuff that wheat originally has the white bread takes out. And it doesn't taste that bad either.

Just do it! Confronting and acknowledging a fear takes great courage. Hopefully more people read this site and find it insightful like I have.

Thanks for the comment Eric!

You're definitely right. Sometimes people get so caught up in their fears of failure and rejection that they can never even get started, let alone finish.

Great Post! This is something that everybody should read. Too many people forget what they want out of life when they become consumed by daily survival. There is more to life than eating, sleeping, and working. People settle for less and forget about their dreams and goals, or are afraid to go after them.

Great post and I hope many people read this,

Eric :)
